• Collagenase NB 1 Premium Grade (item # 17455) & Neutral Protease Premium Grade (item # 30301)
  • Suitable for the isolation of pancreatic islets of Langerhans from different species like human or pig
  • Collagenase NB 1 - chromatographically highly purified enzyme containing collagenase class I and class II and very low levels of proteolytic activities and bacterial endotoxins
  • Used in the isolation of sensitive cells and guarantees high yields and viability
  • Neutral Protease - chromatographically purified essential additive for isolation of pancreatic islets
  • Provided separately allowing individual dosing and high stability of enzymes
  • Available in GMP Grade

• Neutral Protease NB High Active Grade (item # 30302)
  • Higher activity and higher purity compared to Neutral Protease NB
  • Tested successfully for isolation of human islet from pancreas
  • Derived from Clostridium histolyticum

  • Contains Collagenase class I and class II and a balanced mix of neutral protease, clostripain and trypsin-like activities

  • Suitable for applications that have to meet cGMP requirements like tissue engineering and transplantation into humans

• Collagenase NB 8 Broad Range (item # 17456)  
  • Characterized by increased collagenase activity and reduced levels of proteolytic activities and bacterial endotoxins.
  • Suitable for isolation of a broad variety of cells including but not limited to pancreatic islets, hepatocytes, muscle cells, cardiomyocytes and tumor cells.

• Collagenase NB 4G Proved Grade (item # 17465) 

  • Characterized by increased collagenase activity compared to Collagenase NB4 and contains a mix of proteolytic activities
  • Suitable for isolation of epithelial cells and oocytes.
